So here's a guy holding a pinwheel and standing IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET on some kind of rotating platform. Does he not get enough attention at home? He was going round and round and round. I watched for awhile but I didn't want to see him either fall into the street in a dizzy spell or lose his lunch.
