This is the DIY cake stand for a cake at a woodland themed wedding reception. I'm not sure if I was crooked or if the rattan trunk was tilted!
My job was to piece together some woodgrained paper to put on top. The plan had been to have the cut log on view but it didn't look so good. Some sanding may have done the trick but wasn't an option at the time. A round piece of glass went on top for the cake to sit on.
