Man Down

Not sure what happened here. There was no evidence of a hit and run but this man was lying in the street and the fire truck pulled up shortly after I got on the street. He was loaded onto the stretcher which means he was alive and I believe I saw him move his head although he was not moving any of his extremities. I didn't find anything on the news so that is probably good news.
