| Thirty-six degrees but it looks like spring |
Another nippy morning. Some people don't let the thermometer phase them. There were men in suits with no topcoats and a woman in an ankle length fur coat with dirty white running shoes. But the crowds walking to work were visibly reduced. Could that many people be gone on the Thursday before Easter?
